Top issues during term (4)(General)
utility infrastructure recovery
You might see some unexpected costs for home repairs or temporary heating, but the city is footing the bill for the main grid fixes.
redistricting
While the process itself costs tax dollars, the real impact is how these lines dictate where your property taxes go and how local infrastructure funds are allocated.
franchise fee litigation
Winning this suit could mean a nice boost to the city budget, potentially taking the pressure off local property tax rates.
cultural arts designation
It could cost a little upfront for the application and marketing, but it should pay off by bringing more tourist dollars to local hotels, restaurants, and venues.
